Waterschap Aa en Maas conducted a trial of the Sewage Recycling System (SRS) in a water treatment plant in Aarle-Rixtel. The success parameters set for the trial were: 1. Sludge reduction of 30%-50% 2. Recyllose™ production of up to 1 ton per day at 25% DM. 3. Overall reduction of the water treatment operating costs by 15-30%.
